Am I to tall for a scion tc?

Nope, you should fit just fine. My boyfriend is 6'2" and fits good in his. The only complaint I've heard from him is that sometimes if he wears a hat (not a baseball style one) it sometimes will just barely rub the interior roof of the car. As for the backseat, in most two door cars I've found (I'm only 5'2") that even I can get cramped up, EXCEPT with the tC. It's backseat is rather roomy and I've heard that taller people actually fit it in quite well.
