I cancelled Comcast cable and they want to charge me 20.00 to come out and crimp the line, ever heard of thi?

I'll check my contract ...but this is nuts, I have been with them a long time. They don't need twenty dollar to CRIMP a line. What a rip off ! I'm complaining
