CAN you describe the English countryside for me...?

I'm really having trouble trying to describe it. All that comes to mind is 'gr' 'trees'. I know nothing about it. I must write a short story about it, and I'm having so much trouble portraying the setting. Without my setting or any idea of it, I can't develop my story. It's for a cl paper. Any insight would be great. Thanks.
