Help with 9th grader in reading comprehension?

Hi, does any one know any good free websites or books I could buy to help my daughter with her reading comprehension. She scored a med. 2 on her reading comprehension eog test and I am worried. This is because I am afraid she will not be prepared in high school and it will slow her down. She has been on the A and A/B honor roll since 5th grade.I have checked into learning centers and it is more that I can afford. I want to help her I don't really know any one who can turtor her.Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
