How can i stop being so damn shy!! please help!?

its been a year since i liked this guy and he know i like him and he likes me too but hes shy too but he made the first move and he aint sure if i still like him cuz i didnt made no damn move yet cuz i'm really shy and self-conscious and it makes me feel i'm not good enough for him and we ain't gonna work out cuz i'm beein so shy. i dont even kno what to say to him without being boring and not talkative. He aint neva in his life seen the real side of me and i'm too self-conscious to show it!! But if i'm gonna open up then thats gonna be a life changing bcuz i always been shy and quiet around strangers all my life and this something i have to get use to. Can yall please help!!
