Making a dress pattern?

it looks like a body con dress with a chiffon or voile net trim and pearl/synthetic pearl beaded trim round the strap and neck line all you need is a basic strappy dress pattern, fabric with piping detail built in otherwise order extra fabric and sew your own in, with the sheer fabric do some basic pleats or ruching around the hem of the main part of the dress maybe add a few slits and make sure you hem them or they will unravel and look tatty for the neckline the beading work looks incredibly time consuming and complicated to do you'd need absolutely loads of pearls or synthetic pearls smaller beads jewelery wire or nylon sewing thread and an appropriate sewing beading or jeweler's needle unless you have the time and patients to do that see what a haberdashery store has or substitute with some pretty ons or sequine/glitter ribbon trim
