The stigma ociated with drugs?

Trying drugs, and using drugs are two very different things. When people generally hear that someone did or does drugs, they think that everyday user. Despite what I've heard from many frequent users, it does change their behavior no matter how hard they try, and I've never seen a case for the better. I don't judge someone if they've tried using drugs, but someone who goes into public stoned deserves that scrutiny in my mind. Don't get me wrong, there are many people who do drugs in college and move on to do much better things, but many don't, and that's all anyone ever hears about.
