How can I get IPX/SPX?

Ok, I know IPX/SPX is obsolete since TCP/IP is the main protocal now, but I want to play Command and Conquer 's Revenge online with a friend. Since it is an older game, it only supports IPX/SPX. I have a dell laptop and when I go to network options/properties and try and find IPX/SPX to install, it seems as if I don't even have it. Is there any possible way to download or install IPX/SPX protocal on my laptop even though it seems like dell put it in? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
